Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Land Lease Upfront collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

Who we are

Land Lease Upfront (landleaseupfront.co.uk) is operated by Phillip Nairne. For questions about how your personal data is handled, contact us at contact@landleaseupfront.co.uk. This address is for data protection queries only — see our Contact page for how to reach us about an enquiry.

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, land location, the renewable technology involved, your project's stage, and details of what you're looking to achieve. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information — it only provides aggregate statistics such as page views and general visitor location.

How we use it, and who we share it with

Land Lease Upfront is a lead-generation site. We do not provide renewable energy lease capitalisation services ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, your details are shared with our renewable lease capitalisation partner, who will contact you directly to discuss your enquiry and, where relevant, provide you with an indicative valuation. We share your data for this purpose only.

Our enquiry form is hosted by Google Forms, so your submission is also processed by Google in order to collect and deliver it to us. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to pass it to our partner and deal with any related correspondence. Our partner organisation's own retention practices apply to their subsequent handling of your data once shared.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@landleaseupfront.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
